Taylor is a long-time Newport resident who knows the Rhode Island coast the way only a local can. He studied at the University of Rhode Island, and his background spans estate caretaking, property oversight, and short-term rental coordination across the area he calls home.

The business began with a simple bin valet service: rolling trash and recycling bins to and from the curb. It was a foot in the door. What became clear quickly was that those same homeowners needed a trusted local presence for far more. Someone to watch over the property when they were away, source reliable vendors when work needed to be done, and make sure everything was in order when they returned.

The scope of what TK Estate Co. does grew from listening to what those clients actually needed.

Today, TK Estate Co. serves a select number of private homeowners, seasonal residents, and vacation rental properties along the Rhode Island coast. Every client receives the same thing: a trusted, present, responsive representative who treats their property with the same care they would.
